Community support is provided on Discord. Follow this link for an invite to the support channel:

Once there, the fastest way to get support is to select the get-help channel and raise a ticket with a description of the issue. It's best to include at least:

1. What service you are trying to use
2. What you are trying to do
3. What is the expected result
4. What is the actual result

This will minimize the amount of questions we have to ask you, and shorten the time required to get your issue assigned to an engineer if it is a bug report.

If you are paying for at least one of our products (FluxRPC, RugCheck, Flux Data), you have access to the paid support form. This goes directly to our engineers.

To access this form, log in to your Flux account from the FluxRPC login page , and select Support from the menu to the left.

The form will automatically include your account details, we will not ask you to provide them.

We will reach out to you with updates (Telegram or email) until your issue is resolved. The contact method you choose here will not be used for marketing purposes.
