Token Verification
Verification attaches a token's official website and socials to its mint, and gives it the 'verified' badge on RugCheck. It is a paid action: every request returns an unsigned USDC payment transaction, and the badge is applied only once that payment is confirmed on-chain.
There are minimum score requirements at the time of token verification, and certain warnings in the RugCheck report will also make a token ineligible for verification regardless of score.
Manual Verification Requests
If you believe your token is being rejected from the automatic verification in error, you may request a manual review. The manual review is not a guarantee that your request will be accepted, it will not change your token score, and there are no refunds. It is intended to cover any unusual or unexpected cases.
We strongly recommend that you include on-chain evidence that verification is being incorrectly rejected (there's a text box you can fill out with details). We may reach out to any contact details you provide with additional questions. As long as a request contains sufficient information, we'll try to process it within 3 or 4 business days.
Manual Update Requests
Similarly, you may request manual review for an update to the data of an already-verified token. In this case, we will very likely ask you to prove you are the token creator.
